Details:

This fast growing moss is reminiscent to plastic Easter grass and provides among the best for removing nitrates, providing microorganisms and hiding spaces for shrimplets and fry. These are virtually indestructible in any normal water conditions as well. The cons are that they can get uncontrollable, with small pieces littering the tank in places you may not want them in, and can create dead spots of organic wastes stuck within or underneath it’s bushy foliage. Thus, it is also susceptible to hair algae that may become inseparable to remove. Each $5 portion will form a moderately packed tennis ball size.
